Villa Araucaria is located in the area of ​​Atsipopoulo, just 5 minutes from Rethymno city center by car. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large and comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large yard with flowers and facilities for barbecue, ping pong, children’s playground and a brand new jacuzzi (installed in the spring of 2024) and also a wonderful freshwater swimming pool which operates during summer months. The villa is also fully air-conditioned and has a large and free parking space.
